Good afternoon, the invoice/service announcements for upcoming months are below. If you want to see your invoice details, please click on view invoice from your invoice email.

May 2023:
May 22 route will take place May 23.
Normal service on Memorial Day, no changes.

June 2023:
Customers with addresses on the streets listed below have modified schedules. Wednesday June 7th will be picked up on Saturday June 10th.

July 2023:
Customers with addresses on the streets listed below have modified schedules. Wednesday July 12th will be picked up on Saturday July 15th.

Streets affected for the changes noted above:
Snapps Ferry Rd, Pine Ridge Drive, Snapps Ferry Rd, Brian Circle, Fairview Ridge, Gibson Loop, Mary Lamons Rd, Fairview Road, Gunsmoke Lane, Cimarron Trail, statler Park south, Plainview Heights Circle, Carriage Lane, Anest Rd, Lawing Road, Donald, Broyles Rd, Jerry Broyles Rd, Shaw Rd, Horse Creek Park, Pandora Loop, Barren Valley Rd, Barren Rd, Reece Road, Brown Road, Skyway Drive, Mitchell Road, Ebenezer Loop,, Crum Lane, Chuckey Pike, Bowman Town Church Rd.

July 4th – The county has indicated the dump will be closed on July 4th, so all Tuesday, July 4 pickups will be picked up on MondayJuly 3rd.

Please:

• Tie your bags.
• Don’t make the bags too heavy.
• Have your garbage out by 6:30am to ensure pickup.
• Bag all trash. We can’t pick up loose garbage or bags with holes.
• Contact us right away with any problems or concerns.
• Pay by the 15th. $5 late charge incurred if payment received after the 15th.

We are working full-time jobs in addition to running Hummingbird Pickup. Texting is the best way to get a hold of us at this time. You can still call us and leave a message with the answering service. We will get back to you as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience.

You can receive your invoice via email or set up monthly recurring payments (to avoid late fees).

In order to make sure you receive your invoices and route updates, please add these two email addresses as contacts to make sure our mails don’t go to you spam folder…. q[email protected] and [email protected]

Reminder of Prepayment Policy:
This is a prepaid service. Payments are due the 11th of the month. There is a $5 late fee for payments not received by the 15th of the month. If we do not receive payment by the 20th of the month, service will be cancelled until we receive payment. We always send out invoices. Sometimes the invoice emails get sent to the junk mail folder. If you do not receive your invoice, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know so we can send it again.

We offer automatic credit card charges if you’d like to make sure you are always paid up. Simply download the authorization form, and print, complete and send it to us via mail or email.

Timing Reminder:
Please have your garbage out by 6:30am. The dump closes at 3:00pm and we have to get all the garbage to the dump before it closes. Please make sure that bags are not too heavy for the driver to throw over their head into the truck.
