Fourth of July Week:

Normal service and pickups with no schedule changes.

Please:

• Tie your bags.
• Don’t make the bags too heavy. 13 gallon size are best.
• Have your garbage out by 6:30am to ensure pickup.
• Bag all trash. We can’t pick up loose garbage or bags with holes.
• Contact us right away with any problems or concerns.
• Pay by the 15th. $5 late charge incurred if payment received after the 15th.

In order to make sure you receive your invoices and route updates, please add these two email addresses as contacts to make sure our mails don’t go to you spam folder…. [email protected] and [email protected]

Reminder of Prepayment Policy:

This is a prepaid service. Payments are due the 11th of the month. There is a $5 late fee for payments not received by the 15th of the month. If we do not receive payment by the 20th of the month, service will be cancelled and customers are assessed a $30 reconnection fee.

We always send out invoices. They are automatic. Sometimes the invoice emails get sent to the junk mail folder. If you do not receive your invoice, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know so we can send it again.

We offer automatic credit card charges if you’d like to make sure you are always paid up. Simply download the authorization form and print, complete and send it to us via mail or email.

Timing Reminder:

Please have your garbage out by 6:30am. The dump closes at 3:00pm and we have to get all the garbage to the dump before it closes. Please make sure that bags are not too heavy for the driver to throw over their head into the truck.
