Pickup Guidelines
How Often is Pickup?
Your garbage will be picked up once a week. Your pickup day will depend on the route you are on.
What Do I Do?
Garbage should be curb-side and ready for pickup by 6:30 am.
We can pickup garbage at the house for $2-$4 extra monthly depending on length of driveway.
All garbage must be in securely tied plastic bags. Loose garbage in cans or boxes will not be picked up.
Please remember that bags should not be too heavy for the driver to throw over his head into the truck.
What Trash is Allowed?
We collect household garbage only. We cannot pick up bags with large holes as these can cause garbage to fall out of the truck.
No yard waste such as leaves, grass, dirt, etc.
Please flatten all cardboard boxes.
Billing Guidelines
How Much is Included?
Our base prices cover five to eight standard 13 gallon kitchen sized trash bags per week.
What Determines My Rate?
Your monthly rate starts at $40 per month and depends on three factors…
1. Your weekly average output. Our standard rate is for five to eight bags per week.
2. Our standard rate is for curbside pickup, there is an additional charge if you’d like us to come up your driveway to your house. This ranges from $2-4 extra per month depending on the length of the driveway.
3. Your location in Greene county will also affect your rate.
How Does Billing Work?
You will need to make your first payment before your first pickup. We accept checks or can setup online payments via QuickBooks invoices for you. Invoices can be emailed monthly or bi-monthly. There is a $5 late fee if payments are received after the 15th of the month.
You can download our credit card authorization form, and print, complete, and send it back via mail or email.
How Do I Cancel or Suspend Service?
If you would like to cancel service, have moved to a new location, or are going out of town for an extended period of time, please email, call, or text us.
Please make sure that you get a confirmation back that your message was received.
If you have not cancelled and we continue to service your location, service charges will continue to accrue.
Holiday/Weather Guidelines
How Do You Handle Holidays?
We do adjust our routes and schedules around the holidays. We’ll let you know of any upcoming schedule changes in the invoice announcements emailed in the body of your invoice email.

What About Bad Weather?
We may need to reschedule due to inclement weather from time to time. Please call and listen to our greeting for any related route or schedule changes.
